1. What formats of photo are accepted?
You can submit JPEGs or PNGs under 5MB.

2. Can I enter the contest if I do not have a Facebook account?
Yes, absolutely. You can fill in the entry form and upload a photo without logging into Facebook.

3. Can I submit more than one pet in one photo/submission?
Sorry, but only one pet per submission! Each pet must be a separate submission. All images submitted with more than one pet in one image will be disqualified from the voting.

4. I noticed an error: How can I edit my image/description that I submitted?
You can edit your entry description and image before voting begins by going to the "Manage Entries" tab and logging in with your email. All images that you submit by the time voting begins are final. Once voting begins, you cannot make any edits.

5. Can I submit an entry after the submission period?
Sorry, no entries are permitted after the submission deadline has passed. Make sure to follow us on social media for other contests, as we run several per year! You can find us on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest.

6. During the voting period, how many times can I vote?
You are able to vote for multiple contestants, once per day. You can go back and "re-vote" for the same contestant(s) the next day.

7. When will I receive my faux cover?
Soon! We create faux covers by hand, so we appreciate your patience as this usually takes a few weeks from the contest end date to complete.
